The slight sediment present, typical of an unfiltered wine, adds intriguing and ever-evolving aromas, creating a unique and satisfying tasting experience. The lack of clarity is very evident, typical of an unfiltered wine. This gives it a remarkable visual depth that invites you to scrutinize it with your nose. AROMA: Intense, rich, and concentrated. Notes of ripe yellow fruits such as apricot, grapefruit, and citrus in general stand out, with hints of citrus flowers. However, the predominant olfactory feature is the strong sensation of quince that lingers greatly on the nose. TASTE: Very consistent on the palate with a strong chewiness, fresh, savory, and well-drinkable. Its long persistence calls you to drink a second glass.
