It is a Sicilian sweet wine with an intense and pleasant taste, featuring unique organoleptic characteristics. It presents itself in an intense yellow color with unmistakable golden hues and has a particular aroma derived from the dried grapes, encompassing all the scents of the island. It pairs well with dried fruit, almond paste, and typical Sicilian sweets based on ricotta and marzipan. It is also excellent as a dessert or digestive. Characteristics: Alcohol content: 16% Vol, Grape variety: 100% Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria), Classification: IGP Terre Siciliane, Production area: Province of Trapani (mainly in the territory between the municipalities of Salemi and Marsala), Altitude: between 50 and 300 m above sea level, Training system: Espalier, Alcoholic fermentation: Initial fermentation in steel silos at controlled temperature and stopping it by adding wine spirit, Sales period: End of August/September. Color: Light straw. Aroma: Intense, persistent, fruity. Taste: Full and soft, pleasantly sweet with hints of honey. Sugar content: 120 g/l.
