
The production of this Gin takes place following a very ancient traditional method, which includes as many as 5 distillations, through small batches that are divided into a few numbered bottles. The distillations take place through a very old copper still known in the industry as "the Rolls Royce of stills" and, after the process, the liquid rests for at least three weeks before being bottled, to allow all the plant characteristics to blend optimally. The base of this Gin is a neutral spirit based on cereals in which, for 48 hours, the botanicals, 11 different herbs and spices, are immersed; a pleasant liqueur, a must-have for all lovers of the category.
