The gin of the 7 stills. It is a brand of the Casalbor group, produced in Puerto de Santa Maria (in Cadiz, Spain) in a 200-year-old distillery. Its name comes from Juan de Wint and Margarita de Lila, who married in Cadiz in 1646 and from this union, a thriving maritime trade activity with America was born. This is a gin produced with natural ingredients: all the botanicals are macerated individually and gently distilled in 7 small stills, each of which gives the gin different nuances. The result is a very well-balanced premium London dry gin that incorporates Spanish tradition and Mediterranean scents.
