Aging in French oak tonneaux for about 18 months, then in bottle for a few months. The color is ink ruby red with purple edges. On the nose it is very intense and well-defined with vegetal notes of bell pepper along with hints of black berry fruit. On the palate it is generous and penetrating, with an acidic nerve, persistent that releases spicy notes and a vague balsamic sensation. Well-integrated tannins that enhance the fruity fragrances. A complete, balanced and harmonious wine, also for meditation. Recommended pairing with meat-based first courses or risottos, red meats, roasts, grilled dishes, braised dishes, and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
