Experimental vineyard, hybrid of Trebbiano and Aromatic Traminer. The color is pale pink, with very fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it expresses notes of berries and dried rose, with intense citrus notes, atypical for other rosés. On the palate, it reveals good structure, fresh, savory, and velvety. Recommended pairing with fish appetizers, fish tartare, dishes with white fish, and steamed fish and shellfish. Recommended temperature: 6-8° C.
