Aging in Slavonian oak barrels of 25-50 hl, Garbellotto, the duration is variable and follows the needs of individual vintages, then in bottle horizontally for about 6 months. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 20-25 days in steel. Aging in French oak barrels and in barriques for a small part for 12 months. The color is intense ruby red. On the nose, notes of sour cherry and cherries in spirit. On the palate, it is harmonious with excellent persistence of ripe fruit. Recommended pairing with meat-based first courses or risottos, red meats, and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
