The vinification is done in a traditional way: 10 days of maceration on the skins, fermentation in steel and secondary fermentation in autoclave. Aging in steel for 4 months. On the nose it is fresh with fragrant notes of red fruits with hints of floral and spicy notes. On the palate it is lively, very fresh, with good body, smooth.
