The aging includes 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 12 months in Allier barriques and an additional 6 months in the bottle. “Le Pergole Torte” shows a beautiful bright ruby red color; on the nose, it impresses with its richness and complexity of red fruit, spices, cocoa roasting, coffee, and mineral notes in the background. An elegant yet structured wine, harmonious, persistent, and destined for a very long life. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been inspected, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the conditions of the bottle match the description in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the clause “as seen and liked". The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned by or available from third parties (the Mandant) who has entrusted, through a mandate contract with representation, a sales assignment to iuain.com which, therefore, acts exclusively as an intermediary.
