Fine bouquet of good intensity and persistence that gives slightly floral aromas. Straw yellow color. On the palate, it presents as fresh, graceful, and of good structure. To be tried with risotto with Swiss chard, tempura of greens, and crispy potatoes or chicken scallops in wine.
