Maturation takes place through an initial passage in stainless steel containers for about 5/6 months, followed by a passage in barrique for another 3 months. Aging is then done in bottles for about 5/6 months. The color is ruby red with clear carmine reflections. On the nose, fruity, floral, vegetal, and spicy notes are perceived, with hints of cherries and berries, dried violet flowers, pine, and balsamic effluvia, notes of licorice, pine, and rhubarb. On the palate, it is dry, warm, moderately fresh, and tannic, balanced, intense, persistent, and harmonious, with the same aromas perceived in the nose.
