The Müller Thurgau and half of the Chardonnay ferment and mature in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, while the remaining part of the Chardonnay is aged in wood. The bottle aging lasts for a few months. The color is straw yellow. On the nose, it is fine and intense, complex, with hints of tropical fruit and citrus that blend with spicy notes. On the palate, it is savory, mineral, with pleasant acidity, typical characteristics of mountain wines. Dry and persistent, with a slight vanilla note and good structure. Recommended pairing: appetizers, fish-based first courses or risottos, sushi and sashimi, shellfish, and blue cheeses. Recommended temperature: 8-10° C.
