The grapes are hand-harvested, selectively and vinified in red, with fermentation and maceration on the skins for 8-15 days at controlled temperature. The aging occurs in steel and a small part in barriques, followed by a period in bottle for a few months. The color is deep ruby red, with purplish reflections. On the nose it is intense, with hints of berries, violet and dark chocolate, and a slight spicy note. In the mouth it is dry, with the right tannins and saltiness. Soft and velvety, with very persistent taste sensations. Recommended pairing: meat first courses or risottos, roasts, game and blue cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
