On the palate, it is spicy and sharp, with a beautiful personality, and a finish that leans towards cinnamon and licorice. Processing Sustainable cultivation (certified HVE vineyard), hand harvesting, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, traditional cork stopper, and finally aging on racks for at least 3 years.
