This cuvée derives its liveliness and softness from the terroir it comes from, mainly from the Premier Cru village of Bisseuil. The south-facing exposure of the Parcelle of the Maison Charbaut and the blending of 10 to 15% of reserve wines reveal a rich Chardonnay that exudes floral notes and subtle hints of citrus. The Blanc de Blancs is made up of 100% Chardonnay from our Premier Cru vineyards, to which 10 to 15% of reserve wines are added. The dosage is about 8 g/liter. Aged for a minimum of seven years in the cellar.
