In winemaking tradition, a wine that is a result of blending different grapes is celebrated. The vineyard, located on hilly land of clay-limestone nature, boasts the presence of several varieties: 25% Marsanne, 25% Grenache Blanc, 15% Roussanne, 10% Vermentino, 15% Maccabeu and 10% Muscat Petits Grains. During vinification, a handcrafted approach is adopted with manual harvesting of clusters at perfect ripeness, followed by gentle pressing and slow fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine undergoes aging on fine lees until bottling.
