
The Egg durum wheat pappardelle from Pasta Santoni is a variety of long pasta handmade with 100% Marche region raw materials, natural and non-GMO. The pasta is extruded by hand as per tradition. The use of genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into a pasta that is completely different from others, in color, flavor and aroma. The Pappardelle are processed with the Santoni method: bronze-extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the Pappardelle a roughness and porosity that allow them to better hold sauces.
