Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.

If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.

Pasta d'Alba organic gluten-free buckwheat penne are an appealing and fun idea for serving a healthy, completely organic and gluten-free first course. This pasta is made with buckwheat flour, considered a minor cereal belonging to a group of crops that have recently declined for reasons related to both demand and productivity; recently, however, it seems to be returning to popularity thanks to its beneficial properties. It is rich in fiber, minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese and potassium, and B vitamins, especially B1, B2, B5 and PP. Its proteins also have high biological value. Pasta d'Alba dries its product slowly at low temperature for 16–18 hours, allowing the pasta to retain important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutrients. The resulting pasta is nutritious and more digestible. Cooking time: 6–8 minutes
