
Grappa Mazzetti Riserva 18.46 is a distillate obtained from the pomace of the 'reds' Barbera and Dolcetto, blended to create a perfect suspension, to be enjoyed between the dry and aromatic profiles. Riserva 18.46 is born from patient aging in fine woods, from skilled blending in the cellar, the name of which directly refers to the date of foundation of the company. It has a very intense aroma and an amber color. Distillation: through a discontinuous process followed by aging for over twelve months in Allier oak barrels. After extraction, blending follows along with further refinement for at least six months in chestnut barrels. Origin: Altavilla Monferrato. Grape variety: Barbera and Dolcetto. Alcohol: 43%.
