Eastern Beauty is a hand-crafted flower tea made in Anhui Province. Slowly expanding on the bottom of the cup, this tea opens just like a flower, slowly revealing the Jasmine and Lily that dance in the water like flames in the wind. For this reason, we recommend a glass teapot, to better appreciate the beauty of the infusion. It has a rich taste and a refreshing, fragrant and sweet aroma. You will not only enjoy the delicate taste of the tea and flowers, but also appreciate the beauty of a magical bloom in water. Place of origin: Anhui Province, China. Production. This tea is handcrafted with green tea buds from the Huang Shan and Da Bie Shan mountains combined with Lily and Jasmine flowers. The tea buds, which embrace the flower at the center, are made following a careful production process. After harvesting, the fresh flowers are dried before the next stage. In addition, the flower must be picked whole, as well as at the best harvesting time. Preparation. We recommend using a transparent glass teapot or a large cup for this tea. Rinse the cup or teapot with hot water. Use only one piece for each teapot or cup. Let the blooming tea steep in hot water at 80 °C for 3-6 minutes until the flower fully opens.
