Refined white porcelain set Ru consisting of a 250 ml teapot, two 100 ml cups, a tray, and a tea container that can also be used as a sugar bowl in the most conventional use. Ru ceramics are rich in a long tradition of technical and stylistic innovations. Ceramics with Ru glaze were produced for the imperial court starting from 1107 in Baofeng. However, production lasted very little, about twenty years until 1127, when the Northern Song abandoned Kaifeng. They are celadon of very high quality of a very particular color, as they are of a very pale blue, which Chinese connoisseurs describe as "light blue after the rain". This glaze is greasy and sometimes shows subtle crackles. This set is particularly special because the ceramic is white.
