IN THE WESTERN STYLE The first sip of puer Shu Wu Liang Legend 2021 tea has as its first distinctive note that of wild fennel, followed by marked sweetness with light hints of anise. The undergrowth notes arrive later, with hints of damp wood and wet earth. Finally, leather notes and strong camphor notes remain on the palate, ending in a long, sweet persistence without astringency or bitterness.
