It is a jam designed for those who do not want a single direction of taste, but an articulated profile: sweet, fruity, slightly sour. Recognizable, but with more details. Essential recipe, 130% concentration. For each jar, we use 130 g of forest fruits to obtain 100 g of finished jam. The fruit loses water during cooking, and what remains in the jar is the concentrated part: vivid aroma, visible pulp, soft structure. Only 75% forest fruits and 25% cane sugar. No pectins, no thickeners, no preservatives, no colorants. The consistency comes from time and the natural holding of the berries. Low-temperature vacuum cooking. Like the other sweet jams by Minnelea, the forest fruits are also processed under vacuum at low temperature. It is a slow method, chosen to preserve the intense color of the berries, the fresh aroma, and the typical sour note of wild fruits.
