Here, young migrants, former prisoners and other vulnerable people find a path to redemption and social and professional integration through the cultivation, harvesting and processing of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Grown and processed with artisanal care The oregano is harvested during the summer months by experienced, attentive hands. The same care and attention go into drying and packaging the leaves, which preserve the intense fragrance of the Monti Iblei.
