A solidarity salt Thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano... The aromatic herbs are cultivated, harvested and carefully processed by people involved in our social farming project, Frutti degli Iblei. In this way, the cooperative L'Arcolaio creates social and professional inclusion pathways for vulnerable people, especially former prisoners and young migrants, through the recovery and enhancement of the Iblei territory.
