
A concentrate of aromatic herbs from the Iblei Mountains mixed with salt from the WWF Trapani Nature Reserve, with the addition of precious peel of lemon from Siracusa IGP. To be used on any dish, both cooked and raw, to enhance its flavors. The herb salt from Dolci Evasioni is the result of a skillful blend of sea salt from the WWF Trapani Nature Reserve, our aromatic herbs cultivated in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, and dried lemon peel from Siracusa IGP. A solidarity salt thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano... The aromatic herbs are cultivated, harvested, and processed with care by people involved in our social agriculture project, Frutti degli Iblei. In this way, the cooperative L'Arcolaio creates pathways for social and labor inclusion for vulnerable people, particularly ex-convicts and young migrants, through the recovery and enhancement of the Iblean territory. Excellence from Sicily, Dolci Evasioni Sicilian Herb Salt won the Silver Medal ("excellent" product) at the International Taste Awards 2020.
