A solidarity salt thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano... The aromatic herbs are cultivated, harvested, and processed with care by people involved in our social agriculture project, Frutti degli Iblei. In this way, the cooperative L'Arcolaio creates pathways for social and labor inclusion for vulnerable people, particularly ex-convicts and young migrants, through the recovery and enhancement of the Iblean territory. Excellence from Sicily, Dolci Evasioni Sicilian Herb Salt won the Silver Medal ("excellent" product) at the International Taste Awards 2020.
