
The Cheesella is a specialty of Mini Caseificio Costanzo, made from our unmistakable Buffalo Mozzarella, wrapped in a casing of stretched curd made from only cow's milk and aged for 15 days. During aging, the mozzarella acquires a sour tone, pleasant to the palate and with an unmistakable, full-bodied and enveloping taste. A perfect balance between intensity and delicacy, for a surprising flavor experience. It is stored in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C.
