Crush the popcorn with a mixer and add the melted butter and salt
Whip the cream until stiff, setting aside about 40 g. Dissolve the gelatin. Then add the spreadable cheese, the caramel and finally the softened and dissolved gelatin with the remaining cream
Whip the cream, add the caramel and pipe on top in little rosettes
