Soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C for 20 days. Aging for 4 months in steel. The color is straw yellow, with golden reflections. On the nose, it is intense, with fruity, crisp, and delicate notes. On the palate, the essences perceived on the nose return, with marked notes of fresh white-fleshed fruit and a persistent finish. Suggested pairing with appetizers, raw fish, shellfish, fried fish, tempura (with fish or vegetables), fish-based first dishes, and risottos or vegetarian dishes. Recommended temperature: 8-10° C.
