The color is red, on the nose it is intense with notes of ripe red fruit and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with notes of ripe cherry, tobacco, and a delicate spiced finish. Recommended pairing with meat pasta dishes or risottos, red meats, roasts, grilled dishes, braises, and well-aged cheeses, also excellent as a meditation wine. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
