Aging in steel for 2 months and then in wooden barrels for 12 months. The color is intense ruby red. On the nose hints of chili, rosemary, sage flowers. On the palate it is soft and structured, energetic and juicy, reminiscent of the taste of blood orange with notes of tobacco. Recommended pairing with meat-based first courses or risottos, red meats, roasts, grilled dishes, braised dishes, and well-aged and blue cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
