Salento IGT, 90% Negroamaro, 10% Syrah. Fichimori, 12.5°. Vinification is carried out in the traditional way, cold maceration for 5 days, fermentation without skins at controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel tanks for a few months. The color is ruby red with a slight violet hue. On the nose notes of red fruit, strawberry and raspberry, followed by delicate hints of rosehip. On the palate it is fresh, savory and smooth, characterized by a soft entry and a fruity aftertaste. Recommended pairing with meat first courses or risottos, red meats, roasts, grills, braised dishes and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
