The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Riserva from Azienda Agricola Fattori is a top-quality dry passito red wine, produced with the extraordinary grapes grown in the vineyards located in Valpolicella, an area in the province of Verona comprising the municipalities of Fumane, Marano di Valpolicella, Negrar, San Pietro in Cariano and Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, although other areas are also identified that are not considered "classic", such as Val d'Illasi. This still black wine is characterized by a garnet-red color and a very pronounced characteristic aroma.
