
The Cuvée Brut Millesimato by Cantine Strapellum is a generous wine like Basilicata. Grapes: Obtained from selected Aglianico del Vulture grapes vinified in white and Greco hand-picked. Production Area: Vineyards owned located at the foot of Vulture. Rionero in Vulture area. Winemaking: The freshly picked grapes in small crates arrive at the winery and are quickly destemmed and gently pressed to extract only the noblest and most aromatic fractions from the berry. The must is immediately separated from the skins and filtered to prevent it from acquiring color. Fermentation, at controlled temperature, occurs in refrigerated steel autoclaves. The aging on the lees lasts for 180 days, during which periodic daily stirrings take place, allowing the sparkling wine to harmonize with all the noble aromas of the yeasts. Aging: After bottling, our sparkling wine rests in the dark in fine bottles for at least 90 days. Alcohol Content: 13% Vol.
