The result is a harmonious and intense wine. Grape varieties: Carmenère and Cabernet Sauvignon Harvest: manual in mid-October Training system: Guyot Soils: red clay and marine limestone Winemaking: the Carmenère and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes fermented separately with spontaneous yeasts, on the skins, for 16 days. Aging: the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak tonneaux and for 8 months in vitrified concrete tanks and then bottled in our cellar.
