
The Rosso Veneto IGT 2016 by Del Rebene is a great red from a great vintage, and this time, unlike the 2015 vintage, it is made only with Carmenere grapes. Grape varieties: 100% Carmenere. Harvest: manual in mid-October. Training system: Guyot. Soils: red clay and marine limestone. Winemaking: the Carmenere grapes fermented with spontaneous yeasts, on the skins, for 19 days. Aging: the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak tonneaux and then bottled in our cellar.
