The Hemberg estate of Klaus Lentsch is an ideal territory for the great aromatic wines typical of South Tyrol. The vineyard is located at the beginning of the Isarco Valley, in the Campodazzo estate. These are vineyards that can be seen from the highway that climb steeply along the walls of the valley. This wine comes from a careful selection of the bunches in the vineyard, from a fermentation that lasts at 17°C for about two weeks. A long period after which racking is performed and subsequently fermentation takes place in steel on its own yeasts.
