These are vineyards that can be seen from the highway that climb steeply along the walls of the valley. This wine comes from a careful selection of the bunches in the vineyard, from a fermentation that lasts at 17°C for about two weeks. A long period after which racking is performed and subsequently fermentation takes place in steel on its own yeasts.
