Obtained from a selection of the best cuvées, initially intended for the production of the Gavi dei Gavi black label and only in great vintages. This wine, after an aging process that can last up to ten years, only in stainless steel tanks and on native yeasts, reaches the bottle with that unmistakable intensity and nobility of sensations that only time bestows upon Great Wines. A rare and unique wine, to be tasted while meditating on the extraordinary flavors that bring forth distant memories, as in Proust's 'Recherche': the bouquet surprises with evocations of sea breeze, the minerality of the earth, but also exotic fruits and honey. Only nearly a century of production experience can provide this harmony, where power and delicacy converge in a splendid balance, bringing us back to nature and the sensations of D'Antan.
