It has aromas of acacia honey and yellow fruit in jam, with notes of candied citrus and chantilly cream. Hints of ginger and dried fruit, particularly toasted almonds. On the palate, it has a nice freshness and complexity of fruit, along with a distinct saltiness that gives it excellent smoothness and pleasantness.
