The Danieli Soave possesses a natural freshness like few others. It comes from pure Garganega grapes, part of which are harvested late and then left to wither for 40 days. The vineyards are located in the small village of Terrossa di Roncà, beneath the ancient extinct volcano of Calvarina at an altitude of about 200 meters. A period that slightly dehydrates the grapes without accentuating the sensation of withering in the wine, instead supporting the full value of the fruit. All grapes are pressed and then the must is fermented in steel tanks. The intention is to bring out the expressive potential of Garganega without taking away from its freshness and floral qualities. Alcohol 12.5 %Vol.
