Pour the dry white wine into a saucepan and add the mustard seeds, cloves, chili peppers and saffron
Place over the heat and let a quarter of the wine evaporate, then strain everything through a sieve
Put the flour in a bowl and add the milk, thinning it out without forming lumps
Warm this mixture over low heat and then add it to the mustard seeds
Mix everything and blend it with peanut oil, drizzled in as needed to obtain a smooth mixture
Finally add the vinegar to taste
Place this sauce in glass jars, cover the surface with a drizzle of oil and store in the refrigerator
