The Oriental Vegetables side dish is a colorful and tasty dish inspired by Oriental cuisine. The vegetables are mixed with eggs, ginger, Worcestershire sauce and spices to create a unique combination of flavors. Perfect to serve with meat or fish dishes.
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly
Add the sesame seeds, parsley, chili powder, salt and pepper
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan and pour in the seasoned eggs
Cook like an omelette for 3 minutes until the eggs have set in the middle
Turn carefully and cook for another 3 minutes
Place the omelette on a cutting board and roll it up on itself
Wrap it with a sheet of greaseproof paper to keep it warm
Pour the remaining oil into the pan and sauté the other ingredients until the broccoli and celery are cooked and the sauce has reduced slightly
Keeping it rolled up, cut the omelette into rings, arrange them around the edge of the pan and serve immediately
