Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, stevia, lemon juice and zest.
Add the whipped egg whites to the wet mixture, folding gently from bottom to top.
Sift the flour and combine with the oat flakes and baking powder, gradually incorporating them into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe pan and cook at 150°C for 30 minutes.
For the topping, mix oat drink, coconut flour, cornstarch and sweetener, then cook over low heat until thickened.
