
A soft and naturally sweet single-serving cake, made with few ingredients. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and butter-free, perfect for breakfast or a snack.




In a bowl, mix the egg, erythritol, and water.
Add the chufa flour and combine.
Add the chopped plums and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into a single-serving mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
Let it cool slightly and serve.
