Each product available on the platform is listed and sold by a partner seller identified on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is made by the seller, who becomes responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.
On the product page, you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information based on the data provided by the seller or producer, namely the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote Italian food and make it more accessible. We select sellers in the food e-commerce sector with consistent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is associated with an identifiable seller and a complete information page: we want shopping here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and destination. At checkout, you will always find an updated delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and courier.

Classic tiramisu is the quintessential Italian dessert, one of the most indulgent and well-known in the world. Mascarpone cream and coffee-soaked ladyfingers! Pair it with Franciacorta Brut, straw yellow in color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Very expressive on the nose, fine and complex. On the palate, the substantial structure and the pleasant acidity leave a characteristic and lasting aftertaste.

Step 1 of 10: Prepare the coffee with the moka pot to obtain 300 g, sweeten to taste and let it cool.
Step 2 of 10: Separate the eggs by dividing the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the yolks with half of the sugar until pale and frothy.
Step 3 of 10: Add the mascarpone a little at a time to the whipped yolks, mixing until you obtain a thick cream.
Step 4 of 10: Whip the egg whites until stiff with the remaining sugar, then gently fold them into the mascarpone cream.
Step 5 of 10: Spread a spoonful of cream on the bottom of a glass baking dish (30x19.5 cm).
Step 6 of 10: Dip the ladyfingers in the cold coffee and arrange them in the baking dish to form a layer.
Step 7 of 10: Cover the ladyfingers with a layer of mascarpone cream and smooth it out.
Step 8 of 10: Repeat the layers of ladyfingers and cream until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of cream.
Step 9 of 10: Decorate with dollops of cream using a piping bag and dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Step 10 of 10: Let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
