There are simple desserts that win you over at first bite, and this gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan apple and red berry biscuit crumble is one of them. ✨ Easy and quick to prepare, it releases all its aroma when it comes out of the oven. Serve it warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that melts slowly among the fruit and the crunchy crumble... pure spoonful happiness! 🍎🍓🍦✨

Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
Peel the apples and cut them into regular-sized pieces.
Place them in the baking dish you will use for the crumble, add the red berries, the 2 tablespoons of sugar, the dried fruit and the cinnamon, then mix well.
In a bowl, roughly crumble the biscuits with your hands (or use a food processor), add the coconut oil (at this time of year it will be solid because it is cold, so warm it slightly to make it liquid), and mix well.
Spread the mixture over the fruit until it is completely covered.
Bake for about 20/25 minutes.
Let it cool until warm and serve with vanilla ice cream or cold custard.
