There are simple desserts that win you over at first taste, and this gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan cookie crumble with apples and red berries is one of them. ✨ Easy and quick to make, it releases all its fragrance when it comes out of the oven. Serve it warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that melts slowly among the fruit and the crunchy crumble... pure happiness by the spoonful! 🍎🍓🍨✨

Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
Peel the apples and cut them into regular-sized pieces.
Place them in the baking dish you will use to bake the crumble, add the red berries, the 2 tablespoons of sugar, the dried fruit and the cinnamon, then mix well.
In a bowl, roughly crumble the cookies with your hands (or use a blender), add the coconut oil (at this time of year, since it is cold, it will usually be solid, so warm it slightly to make it liquid), and mix well.
Scatter the mixture over the fruit until it is completely covered.
Bake for about 20/25 minutes.
Let it cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice cream or cold custard.
