First, separate the yolks from the egg whites and whip the egg whites. Set aside.
In the bowl with the yolks, add the sugar and whip for about 5 minutes. Also add the sunflower oil and lactose-free milk.
Add the rice flour and baking powder as well. Mix for a couple of minutes. Now it is time to gently fold in the egg whites, stirring from bottom to top so as not to deflate the batter.
Pour the batter into a 24 cm diameter cake pan and decorate with the strawberries, previously cleaned and sliced. Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After the time has passed, before removing from the oven, check that it is baked through. Once ready, let it cool slightly and sprinkle with icing sugar to taste.
