Each product available on the platform is listed and sold by a partner seller identified on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is made by the seller, who becomes responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.
On the product page, you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information based on the data provided by the seller or producer, namely the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote Italian food and make it more accessible. We select sellers in the food e-commerce sector with consistent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is associated with an identifiable seller and a complete information page: we want shopping here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and destination. At checkout, you will always find an updated delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and courier.

Recipe by
A spiced hamburger that combines the bold flavor of meat with a fresh, fruity sauce made from mango and grapefruit. The seasoning of the meat pairs perfectly with the exotic freshness of the sauce, creating an ideal balance to be paired with Freeride West Coast IPA beer. With its aromas of ripe mango, grapefruit and tropical fruit, the beer enhances the complexity of the flavors, offering a symphony of freshness and bitterness that wonderfully contrasts with the sweetness of the sauce and the robust flavor of the hamburger. Perfect for a summer meal, in the spirit of conviviality and quality.

Step 1 of 5: Prepare the burgers: In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with paprika, cumin, chili, salt and pepper. Form 4 even burgers and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2 of 5: Prepare the sauce: In another bowl, combine the diced mango with the juice and pulp of the grapefruit, chopped spring onion, fresh chili pepper (optional), coriander, extra-virgin olive oil and salt. Mix well and let rest in the refrigerator so the flavors blend.
Step 3 of 5: Cooking the burgers: Heat a griddle or non-stick pan well and cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side or to your desired doneness. Just before finishing, heat the buns on the griddle as well to make them slightly crispy.
Step 4 of 5: Assembling: On the bottom bun, place a lettuce leaf, the hot burger, add a generous spoonful of mango and grapefruit sauce and finish with a few thin slices of red onion.
Step 5 of 5: Serving: Serve the burgers hot with fries or fresh salad.
