In a bowl, add the flour, egg white, mashed banana, baking powder, cocoa and sweetener (optional).
Mix well and pour the mixture into waffle molds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Once cooked and cooled, remove them from the mold and decorate with Greek yogurt and dark chocolate.
