
A super tasty spoon dessert, high in protein and filling, lactose-free and egg-free. Quick to prepare in the evening so you can enjoy it the next morning with a swirled gianduia cream effect and crunchy topping.






In a jar, combine the oats, almond milk and cocoa; stir briefly until combined.
Close the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours (overnight).
In the morning, add the KETO Gianduia cream and stir only partially to create a swirl effect.
Finish with the hazelnut nibs if tolerated and serve cold.
Jar with airtight lid
Refrigerator: store in a closed jar for up to 24-48 hours
Variation: for a higher-protein version, add a scoop of neutral or milk chocolate-flavored protein powder to the almond milk before refrigerating.
