Soak the gelatin (gelatin sheets) in cold water
Blend the fruit with half of the cream and a few mint leaves
Strain everything and add the sugar
In a saucepan, heat the remaining cream with a few sprigs of mint
Remove the cream from the heat and discard the mint leaves
Add the well-squeezed gelatin sheets and then the cream with the blended strawberries
At this point, pour the contents into the molds and let them rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour
Using a small pot of hot water, we can serve our dessert directly on the plate, decorating it with fresh fruit
We can also decorate and enhance our dessert with a drizzle of fir honeydew (honey)
